Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before availing any service from Sthapati Angan. By taking our services, you agree to these terms.
Services provided by Sthapati Angan are limited to architectural design, consultancy, and related works.
Additional services or requests shall require a separate agreement and may incur extra charges.
Project timelines depend on timely approvals, feedback, and required inputs from the client.
Any delays from the client’s side may result in an automatic extension of the timeline.
A maximum of three revisions per phase will be allowed.
Additional revisions require mutual consent and may incur extra charges.
Sthapati Angan is responsible only for design and design-related services.
Construction quality, safety, and execution are the sole responsibility of the contractor and client.
The firm shall not be liable for any structural or construction-related issues arising from implementation.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
The client must pay for work completed up to the date of termination.
All designs, drawings, visualizations, and documents remain the property of Sthapati Angan until full payment is made.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Payment must be made within 15 days of completion of each phase.
A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on outstanding amounts exceeding 30 days.
Once delivered, designs or services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In exceptional cases (e.g., failure to deliver), refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা
স্থপতি অঙ্গন কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল সেবা গ্রহণের পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মনোযোগসহকারে পড়ুন। আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করছেন।
স্থপতি অঙ্গন শুধুমাত্র স্থাপত্য নকশা, পরামর্শ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে সেবা প্রদান করে।
অতিরিক্ত সেবা বা অনুরোধ আলাদা চুক্তির মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হবে এবং এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
প্রকল্পের সময়সীমা গ্রাহকের সময়মত অনুমোদন, মতামত ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদানের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
গ্রাহকের পক্ষ থেকে দেরি হলে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
প্রতিটি ধাপে সর্বোচ্চ তিনবার সংশোধন করা যাবে।
অতিরিক্ত সংশোধনের জন্য পারস্পরিক সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
স্থপতি অঙ্গন কেবল নকশা ও নকশা-সংক্রান্ত সেবার জন্য দায়ী।
নির্মাণের গুণমান, নিরাপত্তা ও বাস্তবায়ন ঠিকাদার এবং গ্রাহকের একক দায়িত্ব।
নকশা বাস্তবায়নের ফলে কোনো কাঠামোগত বা নির্মাণজনিত সমস্যার জন্য স্থপতি অঙ্গন দায়ী থাকবে না।
যে কোনো পক্ষ ৩০ দিনের লিখিত নোটিশ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে চুক্তি বাতিল করতে পারবে।
বাতিলকরণের তারিখ পর্যন্ত সম্পন্নকৃত কাজের জন্য গ্রাহককে অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
সমস্ত নকশা, ড্রইং, ভিজ্যুয়ালাইজেশন ও ডকুমেন্ট পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদানের আগে স্থপতি অঙ্গনের মালিকানাধীন থাকবে।
অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো ব্যবহার, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বিতরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
প্রতিটি ধাপের কাজ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে অর্থপ্রদান করতে হবে।
৩০ দিনের বেশি বকেয়া টাকার উপর মাসিক ১.৫% জরিমানা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
একবার সেবা বা নকশা হস্তান্তরিত হলে তা ফেরত বা বাতিলযোগ্য নয়।
বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন সেবা প্রদান না হলে) প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড দেওয়া হতে পারে।
গ্রাহকের তথ্য নিরাপদে সংরক্ষণ করা হবে এবং আইনগত প্রয়োজন ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না।
