Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Services: Services are limited to architectural design, engineering, and consultancy as per the project proposal. Additional services require separate agreement and charges.
2. Project Timeline: Estimated timelines depend on client feedback and approvals. Delays by the client may extend deadlines and incur extra fees.
3. Design Revisions: Up to three (3) major revisions per design stage. Additional revisions billed at standard hourly rate.
4. Limitation of Liability: Sthapati Angan ensures professional design quality but is not responsible for construction execution, site safety, or contractor performance. Client/contractor assumes full responsibility.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Payment due for all work completed until termination.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright: All designs remain Sthapati Angan’s property. Full payment grants non-exclusive license for specified project only. Unauthorized use prohibited.
7. Payment & Late Fees: Invoices due within 15 days. Balances over 30 days incur 1.5% monthly late fee.
8. Refund Policy: Fees for rendered services are non-refundable, except at management discretion.
9. Confidentiality: All client information and project details are confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা:
১. সেবার পরিধি: প্রজেক্ট প্রস্তাবনা অনুযায়ী ডিজাইন, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এবং কনসালটেন্সি পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ। অতিরিক্ত সেবা জন্য পৃথক চুক্তি এবং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
২. প্রকল্পের সময়সীমা: অনুমানভিত্তিক সময়সীমা ক্লায়েন্ট ফিডব্যাক ও অনুমোদনের উপর নির্ভরশীল। বিলম্ব হলে সময়সীমা বাড়তে পারে ও অতিরিক্ত ফি প্রযোজ্য।
৩. ডিজাইন পরিবর্তন: প্রতিটি পর্যায়ে সর্বোচ্চ ৩টি প্রধান পরিবর্তন অন্তর্ভুক্ত। অতিরিক্ত পরিবর্তনের জন্য বিল করা হবে।৪. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা: ডিজাইন সেবার পেশাদার মানের জন্য দায়ী, নির্মাণ বা সাইটের জন্য নয়। ক্লায়েন্ট/ঠিকাদার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করবে।
৫. চুক্তি বাতিলকরণ: উভয় পক্ষ ৩০ দিনের লিখিত নোটিশে বাতিল করতে পারে। বাতিলের তারিখ পর্যন্ত কাজের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব ও কপিরাইট: সমস্ত ডিজাইন স্থপতি অঙ্গনের সম্পত্তি। সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদানের পর নির্দিষ্ট প্রকল্পের জন্য নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ লাইসেন্স প্রদান। অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. অর্থপ্রদান ও বিলম্ব ফি: ইনভয়েস ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে প্রদানের জন্য। ৩০ দিনের বেশি বকেয়ার উপর ১.৫% মাসিক বিলম্ব ফি।
৮. রিফান্ড নীতি: প্রদত্ত সেবার জন্য ফি অফেরতযোগ্য নয়, ব্যতিক্রম ব্যবস্থাপনার বিবেচনায়।
৯. গোপনীয়তা: সকল তথ্য গোপন রাখা হবে, সম্মতি ছাড়া বা আইনগত প্রয়োজন ব্যতীত প্রকাশ করা হবে না।
